Coverage matters on the day something goes wrong, so ours is in place before the truck is loaded: the building is covered by our liability policy, your belongings are covered while they are in our care, and the people carrying them are covered by WCB rather than by you.

Standard valuation protection comes with every move. If something in your inventory is worth more than that covers — a piano, art, instruments, equipment — say so when you book, and the right level of protection is arranged before anything is loaded rather than after.

Need a certificate of insurance?

Most condo boards and office buildings want one on file before they allow a move-in. Tell us the building and we send it.

Moving something high-value?

Name it when you book — a piano, art, instruments, equipment — so the right protection is arranged before it is loaded.

Something arrived damaged?

Note it at delivery and tell us the same day. Claims have a limited window, and a note made on the day carries the most weight.
